...2ND RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the above said condition as Para No. 6 the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 25000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SULTHAN BASHA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5968 of 2022 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Court for trial cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a coolie and he is suffering from ailment, he is not in a position to execute the sureties and seek modification.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5968 of 2022, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8188 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Court for trial cases under POCSO Act, Madurai.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
