O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to reimburse the balance amount of Medical Bill of Rs.87,039.00 (Rupees Eighty Seven Thousand and Thirty Nine only) to the petitioner's wife Mrs.Uma Gnanadoss having medical I.D card No. R.E.No.1685.

2.Notice to the respondents are dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against them.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has spent a sum of Rs.3,33,165/- for medical expenses to his wife. When the medical bill was furnished to the respondents, they have reimbursed only a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.15434 of 2020 sum of Rs.2,67,996/-. They have not given any explanation with regard to the remaining amount of Rs.87,039/-. According to the petitioner, he is entitled to get the said amount. In this regard, he has given representations on 04.02.2020 and 22.07.2020 explaining as to how he is entitled for the aforesaid remaining amount. It is for the respondents to take up the same and disburse the amount to the petitioner. However, the respondent has not passed any order based on the representations. Hence, the petitioner approaches this Court to pass appropriate orders. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 04.02.2020 and 22.07.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
