ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.222 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the leanred Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 08.09.2020. CRL OP(MD). No.12481 of 2020 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
