ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with an allegation that his complaint dated 01.04.2025 has not been enquired properly by the second respondent Police.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint alleging that her own brother is attempting to grab his property and also giving life threat. The said complaint was treated as petition enquiry by the second respondent in CSR.No.392 of 2025. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.10381 of 2025 alleging that the second respondent Police has not conducted any enquiry on her complaint. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025 as under:- 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint and the same is under enquiry, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 2/4

Thereafter, the petitioner was served with closure report dated 30.04.2025 and the same is under challenge in this petition. 3.If the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the closure report, it is always open to her to file a private complaint before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and establish her case. This Court is not inclined to pass any orders on the closure report. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute her complaint in the manner known to law, before the concerned Magistrate.
