PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to withdraw the case in Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the same to the 3rd respondent or any other agency or any other officer with the supervision of the 1st respondent for proper investigation.

ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the same to the 3rd respondent or any other agency or any other officer with the supervision of the 1st respondent for proper investigation.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, on 22.04.2021.
