The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent not to consider the applications for transferring the permanent employees from another corporation to respondent corporation based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2019.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner H. Sirajudeen, has passed away. Therefore the writ petition may be dismissed as abated.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the above matter. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
