Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SULTHAN BASHA J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9840 of 2022 dated 02.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruchuli and the same was not taken on file so far.
