O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of petitioners representation, dated 12.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that subsequent to the order that has been passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.3981 of 2023, dated 03.05.2023, First Information has been registered on 12.06.2023, against this petitioner and others and there is no harassment against the petitioner.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that he was called for enquiry by the 2nd respondent police and he has also appeared before the 2nd respondent. Even without hearing his defence, the present FIR has been registered against him.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he has to work out 2/4

the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
