3.The case of the prosecution is that by way of misrepresentation, the minor girl aged about 14 years was molested and now the girl is pregnant. The mother of the girl lodged a complaint and A1 was arrested.
4.In view of the serious allegations under the POCSO Act, investigation is to be conducted without causing any further delay. Thus, the petitions stand dismissed.
