The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 366(A), 506 (i) of I.P.C., and Section 5(j)(ii), (1) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, and 9, 10 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2006, in Crime No. 21 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The case of the prosecution is that by way of misrepresentation, the minor girl aged about 14 years was molested and now the girl is pregnant. The mother of the girl lodged a complaint and A1 was arrested.

4.In view of the serious allegations under the POCSO Act, investigation is to be conducted without causing any further delay. Thus, the petitions stand dismissed.
