ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2017 and 09.09.2017 within a stipulated time.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The Petitioner alleging that the second respondent constructed a building in the Poramboke (Vandi pathai) land by illegally obtaining patta in his favour, sent a complaint to the authorities concerned. Though the complaint was forwarded to the first respondent, till date no action has been taken in this regard. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representations dated 11.08.2017 and 09.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
