This Writ Petition is filed challenging the enquiry notice issued by 1/4

the first respondent calling the petitioner for enquiry with regard to the appeal filed by the second respondent, seeking cancellation of patta stands in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situate in S.No.220/8, in Kallikudi Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent, would submit that pursuant to the enquiry notice, enquiry was conducted and the appeal filed by the second respondent was disposed of on 13.06.2025. He also produced the order passed by the first respondent in his proceeding in Pa.Mu.(A3)2570-2025, dated 13.06.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
