PRAYER in Crl.O.P(MD) 10843 of 2019:- To modify the order passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District in Crl.M.P.No.1819/2019 dated 15.06.2019 in connection with Cr.No.

74/2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in eight cases which are pending before different police stations and subsequently he was released on bail by the trial court with a direction to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks. He would further submit that since those cases are pending before different police stations, he could not comply with the conditions simultaneously. However, he has complied with the conditions by appearing before the Avudaipuaram Police Station from 27.06.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed by the trial court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the

Avudaiyarpuram police station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks from today and thereafter he shall appear before the concerned police stations as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions imposed by the trial court shall remain unaltered.
