ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC, in Crime No.131 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.08.2018, at about 02.00 a.m., the petitioner went to the shop and asked the defacto complainant to give him a cigarette, for which the defacto complainant demanded money. Due to the same, there was a dispute arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. As such, the petitioner stabbed the defacto complainant with knife and scolded him with filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant sustained only simple injury and discharged from the hospital. He further submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
