ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.25373 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that one M.Rajagopal has filed W.P.(MD)No.17778 of 2023, wherein this Court, vide order dated 26.07.2023, directed the respondents 1 and 2 not to take any coercive action, till the appeal to be filed by the said M.Rajagopal will be decided. 3.In the light of the above, there is no cause made out for initiating contempt against the respondent. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum.
