Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7337 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic the petitioners were unable to arrange sureties and mobilise the amount, in time and therefore prayed for extension of time.
