RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time which has been granted to the Petitioner by an order of this Hon'ble Court dated 02.03.2020 made in Crl MP(MD)No.228 of 2020 in Crl.RC(MD).No.28 of 2020 while suspending the sentence as imposed on the petitioner by the Fast Track Mahila Judge, Dindigul, Dindigul District in C.A.No.37 of 2018 dated 27.11.2019 confirming the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul made in C.C.No.494 of 2010 dated 13.04.2018 forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SARVAGAN PRABHU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time, which has been granted to the petitioner by an order of this Court dated 02.03.2020, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.228 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.28 of 2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to covid situation, the petitioner is not able to mobilize the funds and prays time may be extended for the deposit of the amount as directed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
