For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottu Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10232/2020 dated 24.09.2020 that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.10232 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10232 of 2020 on 24/09/2020 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

CRL MP(MD). No.5740 of 2020 the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10232 of 2020 on 24/09/2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
