[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents not to proceed with or execute the transfer of existing ration shop to the new premises, which is currently under construction, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2025. 2/6
2.The learned Government Pleader would submit that a new construction has been made and the existing ration shop has been transferred to the newly constructed building. He would further submit that the fair price shop has been shifted from rented building to the Government owned newly constructed building.
3.Since it is an administrative decision taken by the authorities, this Court do not find any reason to interfere. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the respondents shall ensure that all necessary infrastructure facilities are available to minimize the inconvenience to the people and to access the fair price shop. There shall be no order as to costs.
