ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the details required by the first respondent by the letter dated 26.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that she had given a representation to the first respondent on 12.08.2016 seeking terminal benefits of her husband. The first respondent, in turn, sent a letter to the second respondent to furnish the details sought for therein. second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the above prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the earlier representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.08.2016 did not disclose the required details for consideration and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation along with all the details. 5.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, indicating the amount payable to the petitioner, pursuant to the death of her husband and on such filing, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
