This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.26275 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil transaction between the parties and the third respondent gave a statement to the effect that no further action is required in the complaint.
