This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.957 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that investigation in Cr.No.957 of 2020 had been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. He further submitted that the learned Magistrate ordered to reinvestigate the case in Cr.No.957 of 2020. 2/4

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
