Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRAGADEESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4588 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.8558 of 2023 concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 30.06.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
