This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents herein not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his sister-in-law and in turn, the sister-in-law has also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent police has registered a case as against the fourth respondent in Crime No.25 of 2024 and as such they have not harassed the petitioner.
