B.PUGALENDHI, J This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption for 'being mentioned'.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the address of the respondent mentioned in the order in WP(MD) No.15327 of 2022, dated 14.10.2025 has to be changed as ''The General Secretary, State Transport Madurai Thozhilalar Union, Reg.No.157/MDU, V.P.Chinthan Ninaivagam, V.O.C.2nd Street, Arul Nagar, Bye Pass Road, Madurai''
He further submits that the date of the impugned order mentioned in the prayer portion has also to be changed as 11.02.2020, instead of 26.11.2020.
3.In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carryout the aforesaid corrections in the order passed in WP(MD) No.15327 of 2022, dated 14.10.2025 and issue corrected copy of the order forthwith.

ORDER
The Transport Corporation / management has filed this writ petition as against the award passed by the Labour Court in ID.No.30 of 2015.
2.The industrial dispute was raised by the trade union as against the punishment imposed on the conductor. The conductor was imposed with punishment of stoppage of annual increment for a period of 2 years with cumulative effect for misappropriation of Rs.21/-. The respondent trade union has preferred an appeal before the Managing Director of petitioner management and the punishment was modified as stoppage of increment for 1 1⁄2 years with cumulative effect. As against the same, an industrial dispute was raised before the Labour Court by the trade union. The Labour Court has allowed the industrial dispute filed by the trade union on the ground that the management has failed to produce any single document pertaining to the domestic enquiry and no passenger was examined.
3.Admittedly the petitioner management has not placed the enquiry 4/6
report before the Labour Court. Therefore, this court finds no reason to interfere with the award dated 26.11.2020 passed by the Labour Court and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
