O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.6.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the third respondent and later, she repaid the same. But, inspite of that trouble arose between the petitioner's parties and the third respondent with help of the second respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the above said money transaction issue between the parties, the complaint has been given by the third respondent that she was assaulted by the petitioner and sustained injuries. She has produced the Accident Register also. Similarly, this petitioner also given a complaint stating that because of mental torture made by the third respondent, she attempted to commit suicide.

4. Since it is the case and counter case, the second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and is further directed to enquire the above said two complaints and complete the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. The petitioner as well as the third respondent are directed to co-operate with the second respondent to complete the process of enquiry.
5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
