ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for expedite the trial in O.S.No.53 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Madurai. Since the suit is of the year 2012, this Court is of the view that a direction for speedy disposal deserves to be given.

2.The learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
