respondent in connection with the impugned order of Rejection passed in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.137/2013/C1, dated 20.5.2020 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the first respondent to sanction a post of Work Inspector or any other suitable post pursuant to the Petitioner's educational qualification in the third respondent Municipality and thereby direct the third respondent to appoint him in the said post in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.11447/2008, dated 3.2.2016 as well as based on his representation, dated 11.5.2020 and 20.11.2020 submitted in person, within the time stipulated by this Court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is not pressing this Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. However, at the same time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty for the Petitioner to give a fresh representation seeking for employment based on his educational qualification.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed, however, liberty as prayed for by the Petitioner is granted. No costs.
