Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MUTHU VIJAYA PANDIAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10570 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 13.08.2021 to 19.08.2021 and from 07.09.2021 to 16.09.2021 and thereafter, he did not comply with the same.

3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions. 4.The petition is accordingly dismissed.
