This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.136 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Thoothukudi and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for both sides submits that the parties have settled the matter out of Court and they are going to submit the terms of settlement before the I Additional District Court, Thoothukudi in I.D.O.P.No.136 of 2021.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
