On such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties produced by them in CRL OP(MD) No.11236/2020 dated 13.10.2020.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11236 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
