2. The petitioner made a representation, though very recently, on 29.08.2018 stating that the TASMAC Shops already closed shall not be re-opened and thereafter, filed the present writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from restoring the said TASMAC Shops.

3. Taking note of the contents in the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.08.2018, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representation, dated 29.08.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
