Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the revised plan and appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 13.11.2017 within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent not to take any coercive action based on the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.Ma3/A5/004423/2017 dated 06.11.2017 till the final determination on the revised plan.
