This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.128 of 2023, pending on the file of the third respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the case is closed as 'further action dropped' on 13.07.2024 and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition within a period of two weeks thereon, if so advised. 2/4
