Criminal Appeal filed under section 14 A (2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1/2016, to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 03.04.2024 made in Cr.M.P.No.781 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai and to set aside the same as arbitrary and consequently to release the appellant on bail in connection with the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Vijayakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.328 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge(The Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai).

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
