ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for records pertaining to the case in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Special Court SC/ST (POA) Act, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District and quash the same.

2.The third respondent / defacto complainant as well as the petitioners/accused 1 to 3 are present before this Court through video conference and they are identified by their respective learned counsel and both the parties have filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the third respondent / defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case and therefore, would pray for quashing the case in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2020.

3. The compromise memo is filed before this Court and the parties are also present personally along with their respective counsels and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would state that he has verified their identity.

4. In the result, by recording the compromise, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Special Court SC/ST (POA) Act, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District, is quashed.
