This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.A2/2134.2014 dated 13.06.2016, vide which, the cheque signing power, which was vested with the petitioner, being the Vice President of Venkatachalapuram Panchayat, has been transferred to the fourth respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infrucuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
