ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land situated in New S.F361/9, Kannanur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District by considering the application of petitioner dated 23.10.2017 and 14.11.2017.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The petitioner submitted that no suit or rival claim, whatsoever is pending in respect of the property in question. The petitioner, alleging that despite payment of necessary charges, for surveying and marking boundaries of the above said property, her representations are kept pending without any action, by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking appropriate direction to the respondents.

respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.10.2017 and 14.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
