ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.23655 of 2025 dated 25.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., till June 2026 and thereafter, as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.
