Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the the 2nd Respondent to measure and identify Plot No.120 situated at Survey No.122/66 at Lingampatti Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 19.09.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the

matter, I only direct the second respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
