Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.1407/2020/A5, dated 29.09.2020, and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to transfer the subject enquiry from the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2020.
