ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.20809 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Mr.S.Ramachandran representing the counsel for the Transport Corporation submits that the order of this Court passed in W.P. (MD)No.20809 of 2022 has been complied with and the request of the petitioner has been rejected by a proceedings dated 29.08.2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same and submits that a copy of the proceedings dated 29.08.2023 has not been served to him.

4. The learned representing counsel for the respondent has furnished a copy of the proceedings dated 29.08.2023 to the petitioner's counsel.
