ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the Learned Fast Track Court No. I (Magisterial level), Madurai in S.T.C.No. 336 of 2018 to expedite the trial within stipulated time by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is complainant in the above said matter, which was filed for the offences punishable under Sections 138 & 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It was taken on file in STC No.336 of 2018 by the learned Fast Track Court No.I, (Magisterial Level),Madurai. On the side of the complainant, evidence was over and now it is pending for accused side defence evidence, which is clear from the B Diary extract. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12531of 2021 3.Since the matter is listed for defence side evidence, there shall be a direction to the Fast Track Court No.I, (Magisterial Level), Madurai to complete the trial process and dispose of the same on merits within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the same, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
