********* The petitioner herein seeks speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Judge, Thuraiyur, Trichy District. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that this being a matrimonial proceedings, it should be disposed of speedily.

3.Finding force in this submission, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Thuraiyur, Trichy District to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
