ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the sole Accused in Crime No.135 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.135 of 2025, wherein, the petitioner is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, and the same was taken on file on 03.07.2025 in STC No.1498 of 2025.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
