ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and measure and fix boundaries of the properties of the petitioners in Survey No.39 for land measuring 33 1⁄2 cents out of a larger area of 2.96 acres and in survey No.39 for land measuring 1 acre out of a larger acre of 1.20.00 hectares.

2. The petitioners are beneficiaries of settlement deeds. They have obtained a joint patta with respect to the lands. They now seek the measurement of the lands. But the applications they have given, is to sub divide the land and issue patta. The applications have been given on 10.05.2023.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the application of the petitioner would be taken up for consideration in accordance with seniority of pending applications. At the time when the applications are taken up, let notice be issued to the petitioners and also to any other individual who may be either directly or indirectly affected by consideration of the said application, particularly, the title holders of the other areas in the said survey number and 2/4

thereafter proceed to do the needful. The order of seniority should not be violated.
