Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 14.09.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (14.09.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the work has already been awarded to the fifth respondent herein and he has also completed the work. 4.In view of the above submission and since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
