Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the petitioner's land in Survey No.417/33 of Sasthavinallur Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Tuticorin District by identifying the four boundaries and to issue the survey sketch based on the petitioner's application dated 31.07.2015 within the stipulated period.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.417/33 at Sasthavinallur Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Tuticorin District by identifying the four boundaries and to issue survey sketch based on the petitioner's application dated 31.07.2015. 2.Since the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation, it is for them, more particularly, the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the same after hearing all the parties concerned.

3.Without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner this Writ petition is disposed only with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing other parties concerned, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
