For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.102/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.102 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that due to wordy quarrel is with regard to money dispute, a false case has been registered against the petitioners. He further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the above case and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the first petitioner/A1 is having eleven previous cases and the second petitioner/A2 is having eight pervious cases. She further submitted that in some of the cases the petitioners were convicted. Hence, she opposed this petition.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
