Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.MITHUN CHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9347 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enabling the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9347 of 2021.
