ORDER
Let me not enter into a detailed discussion of the facts. It is stated that the appeal proceedings is pending before the second respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, Iluppur, Pudukottai District. The petitioner seeks for removal of the name of the 4th respondent from patta No.479, which was issued by the Tahsildar in the proceedings dated 27.01.2006. The next hearing date is on 11.07.2023. The petitioner may participate in the said proceedings, since he has filed the appeal.
